Terms of Service

1. Services

Thalux AI provides digital infrastructure services including AI voice receptionist, website development and maintenance, Google Business Profile optimization, social media management, and related services as outlined in each client's service agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly on a recurring basis. Invoices are issued on the first day of each billing period and are due upon receipt. Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days past due.

3. Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation, final invoice covers services through the end of the notice period. No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

4. Limitation of Liability

Thalux AI's total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect damages including lost revenue or business interruption.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
